Pumpkin Seeds:

  1. Cut the pumpkin with the knife like you're carving it and take the top out
  2. Use the pumpkin scooper to scoop out all the guts and seeds, put the seeds in the pumpkin seed holder, and the guts either in the garbage or your mouth
  3. Put the seeds in the strainer and wash them in your sink
  4. Take the seeds out of the strainer and dry them, then put the aluminum foil on the oven tray and put the parchment paper on top of that
  5. Spread out the pumpkin seeds on the parchment paper and sprinkle your spices all over them
  6. Put them in the oven until they are crispy at 400° (we think its about 35 minuets but we forgot the real time)
  7. Take them out of the oven, let them cool, and... Enjoy! ;)
